Proposals are being accepted for RFP 25-E-0275: “MENARD COMMUNITY CENTER DRAINAGE AND FOUNDATION IMPROVEMENTS”. This RFP is provided by MENARD COUNTY (The Owner) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from prospective vendors to provide the work for the Project included on the plans and specifications. The location of the project is 303 Travis Street in Menard, Texas. The selection process for this project will be accomplished by the Competitive Sealed Proposal process as provided in Texas Government Code Chapter 2269. Respondents are requested to provide qualification information and pricing information for this RFP. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and materials in order to fulfill the obligations of this contract. Menard County reserves the right to reject any proposal which: fails to meet the mandatory requirements as stated; does not comply with the specification requirements of the RFP; or exceeds budgetary expectations.
