REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   Request for proposals will be received by the Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 East Worthey St., Gonzales, LA 70737 until October 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. (CT) for the following:   Debris Removal Services   STATEMENT OF WORK The Ascension Parish Government (Parish) is seeking professional services for the execution of natural disasterrelated emergency debris removal from local and private roadways within the Parish of Ascension.   The contractor shall provide all services required to complete the project. Activities include, but are not limited to, field operations, debris pickup, debris hauling and removing, debris staging and reduction, temporary debris storage site management, and debris management. All debris removal and disposal management services shall be in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, and environmental regulations. Roads will be identified by the Parish and direction given to the Contractor for roads and limits for which the Contractor will be responsible for servicing.   All questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@apgov.us by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) on September 23, 2025. Responses will be coordinated with the Project Coordinator and posted on the www.centralauctionhouse.com by 3:00 p.m. local time (CT) no later than September 30, 2025.   Firms/individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this RFP must submit six (6) copies of the information specified in this section. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version by: Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 East Worthy Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 on or before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on the date specified in the Schedule of Events.
