R12-15-710, notice is hereby given that EPCOR- Agua Fria, Sun City, and Sun City West Combined located within Maricopa County, Phoenix Active Management Area, has applied to the Department of Water Resources for a Designation of Assured Water Supply. The Department has determined that the application is administratively complete. The Designation of Assured Water Supply would certify the availability of water to meet the annual estimated water demand of the EPCOR- Agua Fria, Sun City, and Sun City West Combined municipal water system. Objections to Issuance of a Designation Any resident of the Phoenix Active Management Area may file a written objection to the issuance of the Designation of Assured Water Supply with the Docket Supervisor of the Department of Water Resources, Legal Division, 1110 W Washington St, Ste 310, Phoenix, AZ 85007 by October 3, 2025. An objection must state the name and mailing address of the objector, be signed by the objector, the objector’s agent or attorney, and clearly set forth reasons why the Designation should not be issued. The grounds for objection are limited to whether the Designation application meets the criteria for determining an assured water supply, as set forth in A.R.S. § 45-576 and the rules adopted under that section.
