THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
Hendrix Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company; Seth Daniel Hendrix a/k/a Seth D. Hendrix a/k/a, Seth Hendrix, a single person; Tyler Haddock, d/b/a 5Star Handyman, LLC; Occupant(s) 119 S. Choctaw Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003; and to the general public and all other persons, entities and their unknown heirs, successors and assigns having an interest in the subject property, whose addresses are unknown
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th day of October, 2025, at 9:30 o' clock a.m., before the Honorable District Judge, in his Courtroom in the Rogers County Courthouse at Claremore, Oklahoma there will be heard Plaintiff's Motion to Confirm Sheriff's Sale of Real estate, described as:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma
made by the Sheriff of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, on the 25th day of August, 2025, upon the Special Execution and Order of Sale issued in this cause out of the office of the Rogers County Court Clerk of said County and dated the 20th day of June, 2025. You must appear at said time and present any objections to the said sale proceedings or the Motion to Confirm Sale will be sustained and the sale confirmed.
The property, above described, was after due and proper notice, sold by the Sheriff to Plaintiff, for the sum of $170,000.00, as a credit on Plaintiff's judgment, Plaintiff being the highest and best bidder, therefore, as more fully appears from the Return of Sale filed herein on the 25th day of August, 2025.
