Roberts being duly elected, qualified and acting as President of the Fall River Philanthropic Burial Society certify and affirm on behalf of the Fall River Philanthropic Burial Society as follows: At a duly noticed and held meeting of the Executive Committee held on March 18, 2025 during which a quorum was present and acting, that the following resolution was duly authorized consistent with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws and said authorization has not in any way been amended, annulled, revoked or repealed and remains in full force and effect as of the date hereof: VOTED: That the Fall River Philanthropic Burial Society be voluntarily dissolved by the preparation and presentation of a dissolution petition and other necessary documents, on such terms as are approved by the Executive Committee to the Office of Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts pursuant to Massachusetts Generals Laws.
