PUBLIC NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS “DELINQUENT LAND TAX” In compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 5721-03 (B) (1), the DELINQUENT LIST of those persons who are delinquent in payment of real estate and/or manufactured home taxes will be published October 10, 2025 in the general circulation of The Marion Star and on October 24, 2025 on the www.marioncountyohio.gov website. To avoid being included on the list, full payment of all taxes due can be made by September 26, 2025, in the Office of the Marion County Treasurer, 222 W. Center St, Marion, OH 43302 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Anyone who has not paid the delinquency or entered into a delinquent tax contract for installment payments with the County Treasurer by the last day in November shall be subject to an interest charge.
