Public Notice   Village of Frankfort Streetscape and Trail Connection Project - Invitation to Bid   Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Frankfort, Ohio as provided in this notice for the Frankfort Streetscape & Paint Creek Trail Connection Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Ross County Planning and Development, ATTN: Mayor Patti Cavender and Erin Stanley, 15 N. Paint Street, Suite 200, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601, and plainly marked on the outside "FRANKFORT STREETSCAPE & PAINT CREEK TRAIL CONNECTION PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time, September 29, 2025. Bids will be opened and publically read aloud immediately following the bid deadline, in the Planning and Development Conference Room at 15 N. Paint Street, Suite 200, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 18, 2025at 11:30 a.m. at the Frankfort Municipal Building, 20 N. Main St. Frankfort, Oh 45628. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
