NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Lower Makefield Township will utilize electronic bidding to receive sealed bids for the 2025 Patterson Farm Asbestos Abatement Project. Sealed bids must be submitted online through the PennBid electronic procurement program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) prior to September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the Lower Makefield Township Building at 1100 Edgewood Road, Yardley, PA 19067.   Bidders may obtain electronic copies of drawings and specifications, at no cost, on the PennBid website.   A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents.   Lower Makefield Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.   David W.
