By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in
Cause No. 82C01-2502-MF-001142 wherein First Federal Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and William T. Vincent (deceased); Estate of
William T. Vincent (deceased); Lisa Van Bibber, as Personal Representative of the Estate of William T. Vincent (deceased); Lisa Van Bibber, individually and as Devisee/Heir to the Estate of William T. Vincent (deceased) ; and, Treasurer of Vanderburgh County, Indiana were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30TH day of October 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as
soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot One Hundred Forty (140) in Section "C", Lynn View Subdivision an Addition to the City of Evansville, according to the recorded plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Record 'J', page 71 in the office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
