All that parcel of land in Rapides Parish, State of Louisiana, as more fully described in deed book 1240, page 345, ID# 1100020620, begin at the southwest corner of the SE1/4 of SE 1/4 Section 13, Township 1 South Range 3 West, Louisiana Meridian and run thence north 1 degree 2 minutes east 778 1 feet, thence north 1 degree 2 minutes east 136 feet, thence north 88 degrees 55 minutes west 82 feet, thence south 1 degree 2 minutes west 136 feet, thence north 88 degrees 55 minutes east 82 feet to the west line of the SE1/4 of SE1/4 Section 3 Township 1 South Range 3 West.
