BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 15th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit :

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM WESTON J. PORTER AND HAROLD CHAMBERS, MARRIED TO PAUL DEAL, JR. AND ANNA LOUISE RUTH, DATED 08/14/1959 RECORDED ON 08/14/1959 IN BOOK 557, PAGE 32 IN RAPIDES PARISH RECORDS, STATE OF LA.
