The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Hulon Whitmire (who died on May 17, 2022, a resident of the county of Westchester, State of New York) dated the August 20, 1992, to secure the sum of $94,500.00 and recorded at Book 16377, Page 15 in the Office of the Westchester County Clerk on August 31, 1992. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed May 11, 2023, and recorded on October 25, 2024, in the Office of the Westchester County Clerk at Instrument Number 642993193.
