Pleasant, Texas and issued to assist school districts, colleges and universities in the purchase of various commodities and services, including , document cameras. It is the intent of the Toms River Board of Education to make a contract award to purchase facilities and grounds equipment from Turf Tank of La Vista NE pursuant to their proposals submitted in response to TIPS-USA Request for Bids for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations of Facilities and Grounds) Supplies, Equipment, Tool Rental, Sales and Services (240501). In addition, it is the intent of Toms River Board of Education to make as needed contract awards to Global Industrial of Port Washington NY pursuant to their proposals submitted in response to TIPS-USA Request for Bids for the purchase of Furniture, Furnishings and Services (230301). The Toms River Regional Schools is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3), P.L. 2011, c.139.
