Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on August 6, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the basement lobby of Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 on October 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., premises known as 1 East Maine Road, Johnson City, NY 13790. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Union, County of Broome and State of New York, Section 127.12, Block 1 and Lot 26. Approximate amount of judgment is $276,409.66 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #EFCA2019002336.
