NOTICE OF HEARING ON SALE OF REAL PROPERTY The City Council of Woodward, Iowa, will discuss the approval of a resolution relating to the contract from the public auction for the sale of certain real property owned by the City locally known as 218 S Main Street, and legally described as: The South Twenty (20) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Twelve (12), original Town of Colton, now Woodward, Dallas County, Iowa. As determined at the auction, the property is to be sold to HYTEL Boeland Properties, LLC for the sum of $24,000.00 and additional requirements. The Council will meet on the 13th day of October, 2025, at the Woodward City Hall, 105 E 2nd Street, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing on sales contract. At that time and place, oral or written comments or objections may be filed or made, and following the hearing, the City Council will make a final determination on the sale, in accordance with Iowa Code Section 364.7.
