NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of South River, that an application from Justin Rusin–Smalley, with regard to 53 New St., South River, NJ, has been filed with the Planning Board, Borough of South River, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, to request relief from the South River zoning code to permit bulk variance for fence height of 11'. Applicant seeks any and all other variances, waivers, deviations, permits and/or approvals which are, or may, be required to develop the premises as requested in the application and that the Land Use Board may find necessary.
The application has been placed on the Board's calendars for public hearing date scheduled for: Tuesday, October 14, 2025 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Borough of South River Criminal Justice Center located at 61 Main Street, South River, NJ at which time you may appear in person or by attorney and present any comments of objections you may have to the relief(s) sought.
