Opportunity to Comment on the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization’s:   • Proposed amendment #2 to the FY 2025-2028      Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for roadway      and transit related projects. Residents of the Cities of Lubbock, Wolfforth and Lubbock County citizens living within the Metropolitan Area boundary of the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) are invited to review and comment on the projects noted above. Written comments will be received from September 17, 2025 until 5:00 p.m. September 30, 2025. Two Public Forums will be held as follows:   • September 17, 2025 from 11-3 p.m. at 916 Main Street      Suite 1210.   • September 25, 2025 from 2-4 p.m. at 916 Main Street      Suite 1210. The roadway project is Loop 88 #4021.3D (Quincy Avenue to Chicago Avenue FY 2028) to remove the right-of-way phase and possible construction phase. For Transit operations, the rollover of 5307 funds from FY 2024 to FY 2025 and to true up FY 2025 involving 5307 funding.
