NORWICH HOUSING AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID ROOFING REPLACEMENT AT WESTWOOD PARK - A/B/C COURTS NORWICH, CONNECTICUT   The Norwich Housing Authority (“Authority”) will receive sealed bids from contractors for the Roofing Replacement Project at Westwood Park – A/B/C Courts, 10 Westwood Park, Norwich, CT, 06360. The scope includes removal of the existing roofing systems, installation of new architectural asphalt roofing and accessories, replacement of gutters and leaders, replacement of aluminum rakes, fascia’s and soffits.   Starting Monday, September 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., Bid Documents including Plans & Specifications can be reviewed and/or purchased at the Public Jobs Plan Room of Advanced Reprographics, 50 Corporate Drive, Plainville, CT 06062; www.advancedplanroom.com or by calling 860-410-1020.   A pre-bid conference will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
