NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2025, in Case Number 25000027CA, of the Circuit Court in and for Bay County, Florida, in which Innovations Financial Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against, James Terry Jones a/k/a James Terry Jones, Sr., Deceased, and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, John Doe #1, an unknown tenant in possession, John Doe #2, an unknown tenant in possession, and Doris M. COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S0390 AND THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 14 WEST, BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 40 SECONDS EAST, 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 40 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD S-390, 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DGREES 12 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST, 145 FEET; THEN NORTH 89 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST, 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST, 145 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
