The Village of Golf (Village) is accepting bids from qualified and responsible contractors to furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary, including supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit to perform the work of water treatment plant improvements located within the Village.
Funds for this project are anticipated to be derived from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan. Therefore, the successful Contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal guidelines. The loan funds are appropriated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The successful Contractor shall be obligated to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including the FDEP loan terms and FDEP Supplemental Conditions.

An email with a download link will be provided to the requester during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 180 days after the scheduled closing date for the receipt of bids except as otherwise provided in Section 5 - Instructions to Bidders, in the Invitation to Bid document.
Time is of the essence. Bids must be received by 10/14/2025 at 3:00 PM. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time entered by the Village Clerk in Village Hall. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid is acknowledged by the Village Clerk by the deadline indicated.
ENVELOPES CONTAINING BIDS MUST BE IDENTIFIED AS SEALED BID ITB# 2025-001.
Bids must be in accordance with the provisions and instructions in this document. Please read the entire solicitation package carefully.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: THERE IS A MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE SCHEDULED FOR 9/24/2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 21 Country Road, Village of Golf, FL 33436 or via Zoom Meeting. A Zoom link will be provided to all registered Bidders.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who believes he or she has a disability requiring the use of a special accommodation at either the scheduled site inspections, pre-bid conference or bid opening should contact the Village Clerk at 561-732-0236.
IMPORTANT: Contact by a bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this ITB with the Mayor, any Village Council Member, officer, Village employee, or any consultant or other person related or involved with this Invitation to Bid or the Project, other than the Village Clerk is grounds for disqualification.
