LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE OF SCHOOL TAX COLLECTION – TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE TAKE NOTICE THAT I, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes and Assessments of the Town of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the Hyde Park Central School District for the school year July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; and I will attend at the Town Hall Office Building, 1 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, New York from September 15, 2025 through October 31, 2025.   A 2% penalty applies from October 15, 2025 to October 31, 2025.   All unpaid school taxes are relevied onto the 2026 Land Tax Bills, with a seven percent penalty added.
