In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Sections 9 and 11.04.05 of the Town of Boylston Zoning Bylaws, The Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Boylston Municipal Office Building, 221 Main Street, Boylston, Massachusetts, on the application of Denise Selepack, 43 Warren Street, Boylston, Massachusetts, 01505, for a Variance to allow construction of a 24' x 24' garage/accessory apartment addition to the preexisting non-conforming single family residence at 43 Warren Street (Boylston Assessor's Map 38, Parcel 6). The applicant is seeking relief of 10 feet from the required 20-foot side yard setback. The subject property consists of approximately O*51acres of land and is located in the Rural Residentiai (RR) zoning district.
