The Hagerstown/Eastern Panhandle MPO Interstate Council will hold a regular meeting at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 170 Aviation Way, Martinsburg, WV with an option to join virtually. The TIP identifies more than $100 million in projects for highway, transit and other related transportation services that are planned to be constructed or implemented over the next four years throughout the metropolitan area. This public participation process for the Transportation Improvement Program also serves to meet the Federal Transit Administration public participation requirements for the Maryland Transit Administration and the Eastern Panhandle Transit Authority's Program of Projects (POP).
