PUBLIC NOTICE The Summit County Board of Health, at its September 11, 2025 meeting, adopted Resolution No. 029-25 entitled, “Resolution Establishing a Vital Records Fee Schedule for the Summit County Combined General Health District, And Declaring It An Emergency.” The Resolution establishes a fee schedule to reflect both the statutory fees and the additional local fees, and goes into effect September 30, 2025.
