NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
The debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage originally made by RAYMOND OLIVAREZ, whose last known address is 9358 East Market Road, Pittsford, MI 49271, to TLC COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION, dated June 14, 2023, and recorded in Liber 1852, Page 1123, Hillsdale County Records, on June 29, 2023, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due as of September 4, 2025, the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHT and 08/100s ($139,508.08) DOLLARS, with interest at SIX and THREE-QUARTERs (6.750%) percent per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgage premises, or some part of them, at public venue at the Hillsdale County Courthouse, main lobby, 29 N. Howell Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242, at 10:00 a.m. in the forenoon, on Friday, October 31, 2025.
The subject property is commonly known as 9358 East Market Road, Pittsford, MI 49271, and situated in the Township of Pittsford, County of Hillsdale, and State of Michigan, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of land formerly owned by Lewis Hunker, being 50 acres off the East side of the South part (½) of the Northwest fractional ¼ and the Southwest fractional ¼, (lying North of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railroad) on the South line of the Northwest ¼ of Section 18, Town 7 South, Range 1 West; running thence North 165 feet; thence West 112 feet; thence South 165 feet; thence East 112 feet to the Place of Beginning.
The redemption period shall be six (6) months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
