The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on September 10, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage made by Gisela Herrera, dated January 29, 2008 and recorded in the City of Cranston Land Evidence Records, in Book 3818 and Page 318, the conditions of the mortgage having been broken.
TERMS OF SALE
A deposit of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND 00 CENTS ($10,000.00) in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer’s check, or money order will be required to be delivered at or before the time the bid is offered. The Mortgagee shall not be required to pay the deposit to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
By order of the mortgagee, the sale originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. has been postponed to Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 12:00 p.m.
