ORDER OF NOTICE
The above-entitled action is a Complaint seeking to interplead surplus funds resulting from the foreclosure sale of the real property located at 26 Hadwin Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island 02863, pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 34-27-1, et seq.
And it appearing that the Defendant, Eduardo B. Darosa, has an interest in the above described real estate and whose present whereabouts are unknown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this action be given by the Clerk of this Court once a week for two successive weeks in the Providence Journal, a newspaper with general circulation in the State of Rhode Island. The Defendant is hereby notified of their right to serve an answer or responsive pleading to this action upon the Attorney for the Plaintiff, Rowdy M. Cloud, Esq., of Brock and Scott, PLLC, 23 Messenger Street, Plainville, MA 02762, no later than 20 days following the final publication of this order. Defendant(s)’ answer or responsive pleading must also be filed with this Court in the Office of the Clerk.
If they fail to do so, default judgment may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint, following the entry of their default.
