Notice is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Crawford County, Arkansas, to confirm the tax sale(s) and quiet title in and to the following described property/properties in Crawford County, Arkansas: Part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 10 North, Range 31 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, More Particularly Described as Follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Said Section; Thence West 1286.00 Feet to the Point of Beginning; Thence Continue West 258.95 Feet; Thence South 504.64 Feet; Thence East 258.95 Feet; Thence North 504.64 Feet to the Point of Beginning, Being Tract 3 on a Survey by B&J Surveying Filed of Record February 5, 1990 in Survey Drawer “X” at Page 44-A. Parcel 001-09167-000.Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 9 North of the Southeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; Thence West 40 Rods; Thence North 10 Rods; Thence East 40 Rods; Thence South 10 Rods to the point of beginning. Parcel 001-04687-000.A part of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32, Township 10 North, Range 32 West, Crawford County, Arkansas, being Lot 16, Homeplace Acres Subdivision containing 1.22 acres more or less, subject to all right of ways and easements of record less and except all mineral rights. Parcel 280-00017-000. The properties described herein were conveyed to Northwoods Properties, LLC, via Limited Warranty Deed(s), and/or Correction Warranty Deed(s), if any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired. The last person, firm or corporation assessed to pay taxes on the above-described real property was: Tommie Anne Graham, Pat Thompson, James Wofford, Estate of James Wofford, Terry Sallee a/k/a Terry Salee, Estate of Terry Sallee a/k/a Estate of Terry Lee Salee, Penny Miraya Sallee a/k/a Miraya Salee, Hunter Sallee, Bill R Cooper, Estate of Bill R Cooper, Rosa Cooper, Estate of Rosa Cooper, Joel E Cooper, Christian Cooper a/k/a Chris Cooper, Nicholas Cooper a/k/a Nick Cooper, James Cooper, Kevin Cooper, Michael D Rhea, David Cooper, and Occupants of 4921 Homeplace Acres Dr, Van Buren, AR 72956. All persons, firms, corporations, or improvement districts that can establish any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting his/her/its title or interest in said property/properties and to show cause why the tax sale(s) of the real property/properties should not be confirmed, and title(s) quieted in the name of Plaintiff, in fee simple.
