TOWN OF FRIENDSHIP FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Friendship Town Hall, W6931 County Road N, Van Dyne, Wisconsin, the Town of Friendship Planning Committee will conduct a public hearing on a proposed rezoning. The proposed rezoning includes a current area of approximately 5.818 acres owned by BFW LLC with Tax Parcel Number's T11-16-17-31-08-001-00, T11-16-17-31-14-010-00, and T11-16-17-31-14-011-00. A portion of the first parcel listed is currently zoned Commercial and will be combined into two other parcels. The other two parcels will be considered for rezoning from Industrial to Commercial. All three areas considered for rezone are to become one parcel with only Commercial zoning. A full legal description of the land subject to the proposed rezoning is available from the Town Clerk.
