NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGS FISCAL YEAR 2026 LT RANCH SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The meetings for Fiscal Year 2026, which covers the period of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, are scheduled to be held every second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 P.M. at the offices of Taylor Morrison, 551 Cattlemen Road, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida 34232, on the following dates: October 14, 2025 November 11, 2025 December 9, 2025 January 13, 2026 February 10, 2026 March 10, 2026 April 14, 2026 May 12, 2026 June 9, 2026 July 14, 2026 August 11, 2026 September 8, 2026 These meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agendas for these meetings may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, JPWard & Associates, LLC, 2301 NE 37th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, or by phoning (954) 658-4900. In addition, the agendas will be available on the District's website at www.LTRanchsouthcdd.org. These meetings may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting.
