The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to Sean Dobbins; Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Susan K. Dobbins; and the Unknown Owners, Unknown Occupants, and Non-Record Claimants of 402 NE 7th Ave., Aledo, IL 61231 ("the Property"), that a Petition for Declaration of Abandonment and Demolition Order was filed in the above-named Court on July 2, 2025, and is now pending.
1. The names of all Plaintiffs and the case number are identified above.
2. The Court in which said action was brought is identified above.
3. The name of the title holder of record is: Susan K. Dobbins
4. The legal description of the real estate is as follows:
The West Half (W1/2) of the South Sixty (60) feet of Block three (3) in Braucht's Addition to the Original Town, Now City of Aledo, in the County of Mercer and State of Illinois.

6. The date after which a default may be entered against Sean Dobbins; Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Susan K. Dobbins; and the Unknown Owners, Unknown Occupants, and Non-Record Claimants of the Property is October 24, 2025.
NOW THEREFORE, unless Sean Dobbins; Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Susan K. Dobbins; and the Unknown Owners, Unknown Occupants, and Non-Record Claimants of 402 NE 7th Ave., Aledo, IL 61231, file an answer to the Petition for Declaration of Abandonment and Demolition Order in this cause or otherwise make an appearance therein, in the Office of the Mercer County Circuit Clerk, 100 SE 3rd Street, Aledo, IL 61231, on or before October 24, 2025, default may be entered at any time after that day and an Order for Demolition may be entered in accordance with the prayer of the Petition for Declaration of Abandonment and Demolition Order.
