NOTICE FOR REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF LOUISVILLE: PRE-FABRICATED STEEL FRAME DUGOUTS   The City of Louisville plans to enter into a contract for the purchase of eight (8) pre-fabricated steel frame dugouts. The City intends to award the purchase agreement to the vendor that submits the lowest responsive and responsible proposal that meets the specifications and terms outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
