Quick, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on September 08, 2025, Tax Ease OH V, LLC, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 2025 CV 00803, Fairfield County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Lettie M Quick, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Lettie M. Quick And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, and Assigns of Lettie M. Quick, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Village of Pleasantville, County of Fairfield, and State of Ohio and described as follows:
Being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 16 (Walnut), Range 18, bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone 23.86 chains North from the Southwest corner of said quarter section; thence North 1.61 chains to a stone; thence East 5.29 chains to a stone in the New Salem and Lancaster Pike; thence South 10 degrees West 1.85 chains to a stone in said pike; thence North 87 1/2 degrees West 4.94 chains to the place of beginning containing Eighty-eight (.88) Hundredths of an acre, more or less. The above premises are of record in Plat Book 1 Page 33 of Recorder's Office, Fairfield County, Ohio and also known as Lot No. 172 in said Village of Pleasantville, Ohio.

The Plaintiff further alleges that it is the holder of tax certificates purchased from the county treasurer, that the certificates are valid and have not been redeemed. The Plaintiff demands that the named defendants be required to set forth their interest in response to the Plaintiff's complaint.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on October 29, 2025.
