Public Announcement The City of Twinsburg is seeking qualified independent building exterior consulting firm to provide comprehensive design services for the replacement of the existing roof system at its City Hall. This project involves the replacement of the low-sloped roof sections. The City has experienced issues with leaks in various areas of the building, including in the masonry walls between roof elevations and the roof parapet walls. The consultant also needs to evaluate and address all rooftop accessories and units as part of the roof replacement project. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications no later October 2, 2025.
