PROJ-25-116 – MRI REPLACEMENT – BID OPENING 9/17/2025 AT 12:00PM EST Invitation to Bid (ITB)   Date of Notice: September 17, 2025 and September 24, 2025 SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for MRI Replacement (Bid No. PROJ-25-116) SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting responses from qualified vendors to provide a high-performance 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system with advanced diagnostic functionality, robust imaging capabilities, and adaptable clinical workflows. The system will support a broad spectrum of clinical applications, including but not limited to neurology, musculoskeletal imaging, cardiovascular diagnostics, oncology, and general body imaging. RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning September 17, 2025 at 12:00PM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire.
