Resource Center Worcester, LLC, applied to the Planning Board seeking Parking Plan Review under the requirements of the City of Wor-cester Zoning Ordinance. Presently on 5 Sargent Street is a ±1,200SF garage and surface parking lot. The property is located in the MG-2.0 (Manufacturing, Ge-neral) zoning district and Adaptive Reuse Overlay Dis-trict (AROD). At 5 Sargent Street, the applicant seeks to demolish the existing site improvements to construct a ±21-space parking facility, to be used in association with 134 Gold Street, and to conduct associated site improvements (PB-2025-073).
A public meeting on the ap-plication will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 5:30PM in the Levi Lincoln Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA.
