The premises described in the mortgage will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on October 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM on the premises, by virtue of a judgment dated July 25, 2025 and recorded in the Town of Foster Land Evidence Records in Book 224, Page 1076 and an order dated July 25, 2025 and recorded in the Town of Foster Land Evidence Records in Book 224, Page 1078 relative to a mortgage by Frank P. Earley dated December 14, 2016 and recorded in the Town of Foster Land Evidence Records in Book 191, Page 875, as modified by a certain modification agreement recorded on September 5, 2023, and recorded with said records in Book 218, Page 526, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken. Said sale will be subject to court approval.
