BEGINNING at an iron pin on the south right of way of Township Road T-500 (formerly the William Penn Highway); thence by the south side of said highway, North 84 degrees 29 minutes East, a distance of 142 feet to an iron pin; thence by the west side of Lot No. 2, South 02 degrees 22 minutes East, a distance of 308.51 feet to an iron pin; thence by land now or late of Abner Kauffman, North 80 degrees 04 minutes West, a distance of 192 feet to an iron pin on the east side of a private driveway; thence along the east side of said driveway, North 07 degrees 38 minutes East, a distance of 264 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
