UPPER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP   ZONING HEARING BOARD   Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of Joshua Wright and Charlene Freeman (25-07), regarding Tax Parcel No. 48-002-011, located at 16 Tulip Circle, in the R-2, Residential Zoning District of Upper Southampton Township. Applicants seek to construct a two (2) story addition to the existing residential dwelling. As proposed, the addition encroaches into the required 15 foot side yard setback, leaving 11 feet from the nearest point on the addition to the side lot line. Applicants seek a variance from §185-22 Attachment-5, Table of Dimensional Requirements, to accommodate the addition. Any interested citizen may appear and be heard.
