NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Court's Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2025, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Remove Case from Inactive Status and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 9, 2025, entered in Case No. 50-2022-CA-006987-XXXX-MB, in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, JERRY M. SAMUEL; CHRISTINA NARCISSE; ONEMAIN FINANCIAL GROUP, LLC; and UNKNOWN OCCUPANT #1 n/k/a JAHELL SAMUEL are Defendants, Mike Caruso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M., on the 14th day of October 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 74, Greater Boynton Place, according to the plat thereof, on file at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 136
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
