NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   INSURANCE COMMISSIONER, TRINIDAD NAVARRO, hereby gives notice that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Delaware Department of Insurance, 503 Carr Road, Suite 303, Wilmington, Delaware 19809.   The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the Respondent, Robert Neil Wilson, III, has committed acts in violation of the Delaware Insurance Code, 18 Del. C. §§ 1712(a)(8), 1719(b), 2303, 2304(1)d. and 2304(1)f. The hearing may result in the revocation of Respondent’s license and/or the levying of a fine pursuant to 18 Del. C. §§ 1712(d) and 2308.   The Hearing will be conducted in accordance with the Delaware Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del. C. Chapter 101. The Department may close some portions of the Hearing to the public to the extent information of a confidential nature is to be discussed during the Hearing. A party has the right to present evidence, be represented by Delaware counsel, and to appear personally or by other representative.
