APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94645 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 8th day of August 2025 Lyon County of Dayton, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0103 c.f.s., 2.0 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 71857. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 12, T16N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 12 bears S 68 degrees 31 minutes 29 seconds W, a distance of 476.97 feet (approx. 2 1/4 miles NE of Dayton, NV). Water will be used for municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 23, T16N, R21E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 23 bears N 29 degrees 17 minutes W, a distance of 2,466.0 feet.
