APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE POINT OF DIVERSION, PLACE AND MANNER OF USE OF WATER RIGHT CLAIMS OF THE EAST WALKER RIVER ADJUDICATED IN THE WALKER RIVER DECREE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Walker Basin Conservancy, has filed Applications 94586 through 94588 on July 9, 2025, to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of water right claims of the East Walker River adjudicated in the Walker River Decree. The existing places of use are within Lyon County, and the proposed place of use is within both Lyon and Mineral Counties in the Walker River Hydrographic Basin. As a result of this proposed filing, the Lyon County Board of Commissioners will hear this matter at a meeting to be held on October 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM, at the Lyon County Commission Chambers, 27 S.
