INVITATION FOR BID PROJECT 1050-T7-25 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tohono O’odham Ki:Ki Association (TOKA) is soliciting for sealed bids for Project 1050-T7-25. New construction consisting of 32 Townhome units including all related amenities, utilities and infrastructure located in the Hanam Kek & Kawulk communities on the Tohono O’odham Nation. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is open to all firms; however the award shall be made under unrestricted solicitation to the lowest/responsive/responsible bidder using the X-Factor tabulation (Indian Preference). The project will be subject to Section 7 (b) of the Indian Self-determination and Educational Act [25 U.S.C. 450 e (b)] and 24 CFR 85.36/ 2 CFR 200. The Project will be awarded to one Prime Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals thereto required for completion of the project. A Zoom Pre-Bid project presentation will be held on 9/24/2025 at 9:00 AM (AZ Time). The Request for Information (RFI) Deadline is 10/23/2025 at 10:00 AM (AZ Time). The Project bid documents will be available on or before the date of the Pre-Bid presentation. Bids are due on 11/4/2025 at the Pima County Housing Center (PCHC) 801 W Congress St. Tucson, Arizona 85745 (Parking Lot) between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM (AZ Time). Bid packages will be opened and publicly read aloud at the PCHC (Parking Lot) on 11/4/2025 at 9:05 AM (AZ Time). TOKA reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in awarding the bid. All bids must be sealed and addressed to the TOKA and plainly marked with the Bidder’s name and the Project name. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis per the Project documents; segregated bids will not be accepted. The Project Manual and bid documents are made a part of this Invitation for Bid.
