PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Zacate LLC (the "Applicant") has applied to the Delran Township Planning Board seeking an amendment to Resolution #PP2023-04 to remove a condition of approval which requires that the operating Class 5 Recreational Cannabis facility located at the property in question have an armed guard, which the Applicant is proposing to remove (the "Application"). The property in question is located at 4037 US Route 130 South, Delran, NJ, further identified as Block 9, Lot 41.24 on the Delran Township Tax Map (the "Site").
No variances have been identified as required for this Application, but the Applicant requests all other variances and waivers that may be required as a result of review and recommendations of the Board or its professional review staff. The Applicant requests the continuation of all prior approvals granted including its site plan approval, conditional use approval, and all other variances that were approved under Resolution #PP2023-04, as there are no other proposed changes proposed bv this Application.
This matter will be heard at the regular meeting of the Delran Township Planning Board scheduled for October 2, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Delran Township Municipal Building, 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, NJ 08075. All relevant documents are on file with the Planning Board Secretary at the Delran Township Municipal Building.
