NOTICE OF APPROVAL
BOROUGH OF SOUTH PLAINFIELD ZONING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 15, 2025, the Borough of South
Plainfield Zoning Board granted to applicant, RICHARD DEANDREA, approval of a use variance for a mixed-use of residential, office and contractor's storage yard; the continuation of existing non-conforming conditions relating to lot area, lot width, lot depth, and front and side yard setbacks, together with design waivers relating to curbing on both sides of driveway, stone equipment storage area, curbing of storage area, setback of storage area, and illumination of parking areas, together with preliminary and final site plan approval, subject to conditions, covering property located at 1907 Parker Avenue, and designated as Lot 9 in Block 295 on the Borough of South Plainfield Tax Map, which approval was memorialized by a written Resolution adopted on September 16, 2025. The Resolution is on file at the office of the Zoning Board Clerk, 2480 Plainfield Avenue, South Plainfield, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during the Clerk's normal business hours.
