ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Bid No. 2026-03 Emergency Lighting for Police Vehicles for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida until November 12, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened. One (1) signed original of the complete proposal packet along with one (1) fully complete electronic file in pdf format on either a CD or thumb drive. Both versions must be submitted in a single sealed envelope with the bid name and number clearly identified on the outside of the envelope.
The work is specified in the Project Manual. The Project Specifications and related Bidding documents are available on-line at www.demandstar.com, or by calling DemandStar at (206) 940-0305. The deadline for submitting questions is October 27, 2025 at 4:00 PM.
