Stat. § 108.19 (1f) (b), the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development will assess each employer required to pay unemployment insurance contributions under Wis. Stat. ch. 108 for 2026. The assessment amount is the lesser of 0.01% of the employer's payroll, as defined in Wis. Stat. § 108.02(21), for 2025 or the solvency tax payable for 2026, with a corresponding reduction in the employer's solvency tax. The collected assessments will be deposited in the unemployment program integrity fund to be used for program integrity purposes.
