NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 05, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 052025CA012544XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2018-4, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF ANTONINE JOSEPH, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF ANTONINE JOSEPH, DECEASED; JUDITH JOSEPH; FRONTZ JOSEPH; JEAN FERRY JOSEPH A/K/A FERRY JEAN JOSEPH; ADLER JOSEPH; NANCIE JOSEPH-BEST; FLORENCE M.
