MATHIS A/K/A BRENDA MATHIS; ANTHONY MATHIS; HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-SL FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP.
